Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for diverse product lines
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Track shipments and maintain real-time logistics data in ERP systems
- Resolve customs documentation and compliance issues
- Optimize routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for integrated operations
- Generate shipping reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and export regulations
- Excel/Advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
