Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations using ERP systems
- Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Prepare customs paperwork, bills of lading, and compliance documentation
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs while maintaining delivery timelines
- Monitor shipment status proactively and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Implement process improvements for logistics efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations (DOT, FMCSA, customs)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
