Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers
- Process documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on inventory
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and delivery times
- Maintain compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and export regulations
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- FMCSA hazmat certification preferred
- High school diploma; degree in logistics a plus
