Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Process customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize carrier relationships
- Manage inventory documentation and warehouse coordination
- Generate shipping reports and maintain digital records
- Collaborate with sales teams to fulfill customer orders efficiently
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- High school diploma; supply chain certification preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
