- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage order processing, documentation, and compliance with customs regulations
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit disruptions
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate carrier rates to reduce costs
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
