Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking in ERP systems
- Liaise with warehouse staff for efficient loading/unloading
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and delivery issues
- Generate shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms)
- Optimize routes to minimize transit costs
- Track shipments in real-time and provide status updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP software (SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with LTL/FTL shipping regulations
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Valid CA driver's license
- Spanish bilingual a plus
