Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage stock rotation protocols to optimize warehouse space utilization
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical inventory records with 99.5%+ precision
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock replenishment strategies
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO/FEFO procedures for perishable goods handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) required
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred
