Responsibilities
- Accurately track, count, and reconcile inventory levels using ERP systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to ensure data integrity
- Process inventory adjustments, returns, and shipments with meticulous documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve stock discrepancies
- Maintain real-time inventory reports and analytics for management
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and optimize storage space
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl)
- Strong data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
