Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and routes
- Manage inventory control and warehouse documentation systems
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with sales teams to create custom shipping solutions
- Prepare and process customs documentation for cross-border shipments
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Strong communication skills for carrier negotiations
- Experience with hazardous materials shipping preferred
