Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Utilize WMS software to track, record, and update inventory data
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock allocation
- Generate inventory reports for management review and decision-making
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols to minimize obsolescence
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock replenishment strategies
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize warehouse layout
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Forklift certification a plus
