Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and comprehensive physical inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments into the inventory management system (IMS).
- Update and maintain accurate digital and physical stock records.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly inventory reports to management.
- Assist in the management of stock transfers and inter-departmental exchanges.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
