Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and tracking
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier contracts
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and maintain compliance with DOT regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for timely order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping metrics to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
