Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, compliance paperwork)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and vendor teams on shipment schedules
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain compliance with DOT/International shipping regulations
- Update and maintain shipment tracking systems daily
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Familiarity with Incoterms and export/import regulations
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
