Join our fast-paced logistics team as an urgent hire for a Shipping Coordinator position in Oklahoma City! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end shipping operations, ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional client satisfaction. This is a critical role requiring immediate availability to support our growing supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Communicate shipment status to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure deadlines and competing priorities
- College degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
