Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers (air, ocean, ground)
- Manage documentation: customs forms, bills of lading, packing lists, and compliance certificates
- Optimize shipping routes and schedules to minimize costs and transit times
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Liaise with warehouse teams, customs brokers, and international partners
- Generate shipping reports and analyze performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Descartes)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and hazardous materials
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred
