Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain real-time inventory records with 99.9% accuracy in ERP software
- Coordinate with purchasing and shipping departments to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update stock levels accordingly
- Generate inventory reports for management and support cycle count initiatives
- Implement FIFO inventory management protocols and monitor expiration dates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse layout and workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional site visits)
