Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Track inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory records in real-time
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure FIFO compliance and stock rotation
- Generate inventory reports for management and audit preparation
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment and vendor communications
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and shrinkage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with barcode scanning and RFID technology
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
