- Coordinate international freight shipments via ocean, air, and ground transport
- Manage documentation compliance (customs forms, bills of lading, manifests)
- Track and trace shipments using TMS platforms like SAP or Oracle
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and customs authorities
- Optimize routing to minimize transit times and costs
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and exceptions proactively
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment databases
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and customs regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- High school diploma; supply chain certification preferred
