Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via ground, air, and ocean carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Optimize routing and carrier selection for cost-efficiency
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms
- Resolve delivery exceptions and communicate with stakeholders
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for timely loading/unloading
- Analyze shipping data for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Strong negotiation skills with carriers
- Ability to manage competing priorities under deadlines
- Excel expertise for rate analysis and reporting
- Forklift certification preferred
