Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ocean, and ground transport
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize shipping routes
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and claims efficiently
- Ensure compliance with TSA, FDA, and other regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Relevant certification (e.g., CSCP, CTLE) preferred
