Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities across multiple distribution channels
- Manage inventory tracking and reconciliation systems
- Oversee order fulfillment from warehouse to final delivery
- Collaborate with carriers to optimize shipping routes and costs
- Maintain compliance with domestic/international shipping regulations
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Generate shipping reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS and TMS software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
