Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier negotiations
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and transit times
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Implement and improve shipping processes using logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS)
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and transportation modes
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills with carriers/suppliers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
