Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and carrier communications
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse activities
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Optimize routes to reduce transit times and costs
- Collaborate with sales and production teams
- Track shipments and provide real-time status updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS software
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Forklift certification (bonus)
