Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS systems and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading schedules and container utilization
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile shipping discrepancies
- Communicate shipment status to clients via CRM platforms and email updates
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Certification in logistics (e.g., CPL, CSCP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for Miami market
