Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Prepare customs documentation and compliance forms (CBP, FDA)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Resolve delivery exceptions and carrier disputes proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading schedules
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipment manifests
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Customs Broker (CBP) or ISTA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
