Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including carrier selection, documentation, and customs clearance
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger timely replenishment to prevent stockouts
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Maintain accurate shipment records using WMS and ERP systems
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international trade regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading schedules and dock utilization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and Incoterms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
