Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations using SAP and WMS systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time shipment tracking updates
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and clients to ensure on-time delivery
- Analyze logistics data to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs
- Maintain compliance with TSA, FDA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and customs documentation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- High school diploma required; supply chain certification preferred
