Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international freight shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Track shipment progress and communicate delays or issues to customers and internal teams immediately.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and transportation carriers to optimize load planning and reduce freight costs.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and manage claims processes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and inventory movements in the ERP system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
