Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and transport modes
- Manage documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, hazardous materials permits)
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Liaise with warehouse teams, customs brokers, and port authorities
- Optimize routing to minimize costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems
- Analyze shipping data to identify efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
