Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, ground, and rail carriers
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery discrepancies proactively
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
