Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Optimize routing and carrier negotiations to reduce costs
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on inventory priorities
- Implement compliance with DOT/ITAR regulations
- Analyze shipping data to improve efficiency metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
