Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound/outbound shipments using TMS/WMS systems
- Track and maintain real-time shipment visibility for 50+ daily orders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and carrier communication issues
- Prepare customs documentation and compliance paperwork
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Collaborate with warehouse team on inventory allocation
- Generate performance reports and shipping analytics
Qualifications
- 2+ years logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficient with TMS/WMS (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environment
- Basic Excel/ERP data management skills
- Valid driver's license required
