Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes from order placement to final delivery
- Manage documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, packing lists) for compliance
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier rates to reduce costs
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams for seamless operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipping workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
