Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes (air, ocean, ground)
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time shipment tracking updates
- Collaborate with sales, customs, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare customs documentation and compliance paperwork for international shipments
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain relationships with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
- Valid NC driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
