In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire shipping lifecycle, ensuring that all freight is dispatched accurately and on time. You will act as the primary point of contact between clients, carriers, and internal departments, ensuring seamless operations from pick-up to delivery.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading and commercial invoices.
- Track shipments in real-time and troubleshoot any delays or issues with carriers.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and shipping logs.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper packaging and labeling standards.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics administration.
- Proficiency in logistics software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
