Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent orders
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and trade documentation
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Build relationships with freight forwarders and 3PL providers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Customs Broker or ISTA certification preferred
- Strong Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and export regulations
