Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Collaborate with customs brokers for compliance
- Generate shipping reports and performance metrics
- Train junior staff on logistics procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (CSCP, CILT) preferred
- Intermediate Excel and data visualization skills
