Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation (BOLs, customs forms, permits)
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and warehouse teams to resolve transit issues
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate freight rates to reduce costs
- Maintain accurate shipping databases and generate performance reports
- Implement and improve shipping processes using logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency in shipping software (TMS, WMS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
