Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using TMS and WMS systems
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance records
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and delivery times
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain shipment databases
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams on delivery schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders globally
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
