Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across air, sea, and ground transport
- Manage documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, permits)
- Track and optimize shipment routes using logistics software
- Resolve transportation delays and carrier issues
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on inventory control
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain real-time shipment visibility for clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- OSHA/Forklift certification preferred
