Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse receiving documentation
- Process customs forms and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs while maintaining delivery SLAs
- Maintain accurate shipping records in ERP/WMS systems
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent; supply chain certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and work in warehouse environment
