Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage documentation including customs forms, bills of lading, and shipping manifests
- Track shipments in real-time using our proprietary logistics management system
- Resolve transportation delays and implement proactive contingency plans
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and client relations teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., TMS, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma; supply chain certification preferred
