Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA protocols
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure product integrity before shipping
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly operational targets
- Complete accurate documentation of inventory movements and discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with adaptable scheduling
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
