Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Manage inventory levels and track shipping documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices)
- Resolve customs clearance issues and ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Optimize routing and negotiate carrier rates to reduce transportation costs
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to meet delivery SLAs
- Implement and maintain shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, Oracle)
- Generate shipping reports and KPIs for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Incoterms and customs documentation
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Forklift certification preferred
