Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities including order processing, carrier selection, and freight scheduling
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfillment
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and customs compliance records
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Analyze shipping metrics and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred
- Associate's degree in logistics, business, or related field required
