Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members on equipment usage and safety procedures
- Implement lean principles to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle count accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with equipment operation background
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
