Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve customs clearance issues and ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Collaborate with sales teams to schedule deliveries and manage exceptions
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate monthly reports
- Act as primary point of contact for freight carriers and clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and import/export regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
