- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping manifests
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate carrier rates to minimize costs
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transportation delays
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in shipping software (e.g., Oracle TMS, SAP Logistics)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
