Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and sea freight
- Track and trace shipments using logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Prepare customs documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, certificates)
- Resolve shipping delays and communicate with carriers/customers
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory management
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain compliance with DOT/FAA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP) and customs procedures
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for cross-border operations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
