Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize routes
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Monitor shipment status proactively and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Build and nurture relationships with freight forwarders and transportation providers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training a plus
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Mandarin proficiency highly valued
